A guesthouse is born in the Atlantic Forest <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Here it is worth a word of prose to tell the story of the family that bought a 16-acre property, at the foot of the Serra de Paranapiacaba, moved by the desire to preserve an area of native forest rich in biodiversity.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As those who love care, it was not enough to have ownership, it was necessary to implement a project that would prevent illegal hunting and deforestation. Building a luxury inn near SP that respected nature was the way to make our dreams come true and put our beliefs into practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We respect the topography of the land, without imposing major earth movements and deforestation. Reused materials from old buildings were given new life<\/strong> and incorporating itself into the environment, without competing with fauna, trees and stones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result is a guesthouse in the Atlantic Forest embraced by the vegetation and magic of the place, where each suite offers total privacy and immersion in the sounds and aromas of the forest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name Ronco do Bugio was chosen in honor of these monkeys, original inhabitants of the region, whose voice echoes through the forests in a characteristic sound, which carries a certain magic and respect. Since we are going to share this piece of paradise with them, we decided to pay homage to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our sustainable guesthouse project in the Atlantic Forest <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Putting everything into practice took a lot of work, research and dedication, but we managed to create an ecosystem that confirms that it is possible to enjoy nature without harming it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We produce around 30% of our energy<\/strong> from renewable sources, such as mini-hydroelectric plants and photovoltaic solar panels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It may seem unlikely for a luxury inn near SP, but we build our structures, for the most part, with reused materials from other constructions. The result was incredible, a mix of wooden columns, colorful windows and stone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We seek to use local and fresh ingredients, encouraging organic production whenever possible, boosting the region's economy and helping the community.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, because involving people who are close to you is part of our project and supports the principle that growth is only worth growing if it is in communion with nature and in partnership with your surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We only use cleaning and repellent products that are harmless to the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Waste management <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All trash from an inn in the Atlantic Forest, which has a proposal like Ronco's, needs to have a suitable destination. Organic material becomes fertilizer and returns to nature<\/strong>; what allows recycling is sent to the NGO Mato Limpo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The water we use is treated and is returned to the environment as pure water, free of any contamination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
