We know that unexpected events may happen. However, we start preparing for your stay a long time before you arrive. For this reason, please take a look at our cancellation policy. Cancellation must be requested at least 10 days in advance, exclusively by email.

Cancellation must be requested at least 20 days before the starting date of your booking.

The amount refunded will be equal to the deposit, minus 20% of the amount of your package or nights. (regardless the number of nights)

You may choose to reschedule your stay during the period of 30 days starting from your current reservation date.

There will be no refund of your deposit, nor any change of dates, if the request isn’t received within the periods stated above.
